Dr. Elizabeth "Betsy" Hunt is a Professor and Pediatric Intensivist at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Her academic focus has been to improve care for children suffering an In-Hospital Cardiac Arrest through creation of Rapid Response Teams, innovation in simulation including creation of the Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice (RCDP) style of simulation teaching and debriefing, and creation of the CPR Coach role to optimize team performance during cardiac arrest events. She now works with hospitals around the world to implement these programs.
