Dr. Julia Gálvez Delgado is an influential figure in pediatric anesthesiology and technology, currently serving on the faculty at Boston Children's Hospital. She specializes in pediatric perioperative clinical informatics and is known for her work in advancing health delivery equity and inclusion, especially within gender-affirming care. Dr. Gálvez Delgado is also known for her work on pediatric airway management, and is a scientific advisor for the Perioperative Anesthesia Registry for Transgender Adults and Youths. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
