Anthony Bradley

Anthony is a consultant anaesthetist at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, where he has held a substantive post since 2014. He trained in the Southwest and at the Manchester Royal Hospital for Children, developing a broad paediatric practice with particular strengths in complex airway management. He now serves as the department’s Airway Lead and Governance Lead for Theatres and Surgery, and is an active human factors champion.

His clinical interests include transport medicine through his work with the WATCh service, spinal surgery, ENT, and regional anaesthesia, where he is an enthusiastic advocate for safe, effective techniques that improve perioperative care for children and families.

Outside of work, Anthony’s life is anchored by his family and his Christian faith. He enjoys running, surfing, cycling, and taking camping trips in the van, as well as cooking—especially outdoors.
