Parent and Child Room

There will be a ‘Parent and Child’ facility at this conference. This dedicated room will have the sessions relayed into the room so that parents currently on parental leave with very young children can still attend. There is a 50% reduction on registration fees to use this room.

If you wish to register using the Parent and Child room, please contact the Events Team at enquiries@eventmanagementdirect.co.uk.

Overseas Delegate Scheme

The APAGBI are keen to welcome colleagues from overseas to the Annual Scientific Meeting. As part of their aim of promoting shared educational experiences between paediatric anaesthetists, the APAGBI has set aside funds to support the attendance of colleagues from those countries categorised as non-high income economies as defined by the World bank listed here:

https://datatopics.worldbank.org/world-development-indicators/world-development-indicators-reports.html

  • Delegates from countries defined as non-high income economies may attend the ASM for a fee of £250 for two days.

  • Delegates from high income economies are welcome using the regular Member/Non-Member rates

To take advantage of the overseas delegate scheme, please email enquiries@eventmanagementdirect.co.uk with a request on the official letterhead of your organisation – e.g. hospital – to request attendance at the conference. After review, you will then be provided with booking instructions.
