The SAFE Paediatrics Course

The SAFE Paediatrics Course is a 2-day course taking place on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th May at the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People. Over the two-days, you will learn about the basic concepts in paediatric anaesthesia, focusing on UK paediatric anaesthesia practice and common scenarios faced by anaesthetists in well-resourced environments. The Trauma Training Session

The local organising committee for the APAGBI ASM is glad to present a pre-conference trauma training afternoon on Wednesday 14th May. The course will be comprised of lectures given by experts in paediatric trauma management followed by small group sessions in which delegates will work through true to life case-based paediatric trauma scenarios and enjoy some hands-on skills stations. The session will be from 14:00-17:00 in the Chancellor's building at the Royal Infirmary/Children's and Young People's hospital site. There are 25 places available and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Tickets can be purchased for £50 as part of the ASM registration form.
