Meeting the Requirements of the RCOA Curriculum for Paediatric Anaesthesia

Dr Mari Roberts has been a consultant paediatric anaesthetist at the Children's Hospital for Wales, Cardiff since 2013. She served two terms as College Tutor from 2019 to 2025 during which time she helped navigate training in Wales through the pandemic and the introduction of the 2021 curriculum. She is the current co-chair of the APAGBI Education and Training Committee and has worked with members of the RCoA to publish guidance on how to evidence the paediatric key capabilities in the 2021 curriculum. Her current work focuses on Paediatric anaesthesia Special Interest Area (SIA) training.
