Raksa is a consultant anaesthetist at the Evelina London Children’s Hospital. She trained at University College London and Royal Free Medical School, and her anaesthetic training took place in various hospitals across North London. Her main areas of sub-specialty interest include the paediatric airway and anaesthesia for children with myopathy and complex DNA repair disorders.  She is the current Airway Lead for Paediatric Theatres and Anaesthesia at the Evelina and sits on the Difficult Airway Society Committee. Up until last year she sat on the Council of Governors for Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
